if you are 13 i would suggest seventeen. it has celebrity, beauty, and fashion spreads (affordable, i might add) and it also includes real life stories that are interesting. teen vogue is also a great magazine but i would only suggest it if you are into high class fashion, like designer clothes and such. seventeen is just more realistic. and it has both celebrity and beauty stuff. =)
