What are some tips and tricks for beauty?

Links would be a good answer.

Just wanna know some beauty tips that may come in handyWhat are some tips and tricks for beauty?
Line the inner rims of your eye with white to make them look bigger, and then the outside your lashes with your usual color

Flick liquid eyeliner on top outwards at the end, going up a little (makes eyes look more almond shaped)

Put some a highlighter on your brown bone, and some light colored shimmer by your tear duct

Apply under-eye concealer after your eye-makeup, but before the mascara goes on

No one under the age of 30 should wear lip liner unless they are only going to be seen from very far away, and it is done by a professional artist

When getting blush, choose the color that is natural to you just after you've been excersising

When applying blush, go from outer edge of cheekbones all the way to about the center of the pupils, and no further

Bronzer does not go on your chin and forehead.... pet peeve of mine lol.

Use brushes to apply your makeup, it comes out looking cleaner. (Unless you're going for a rocker chick look)

Concealer should be used only on problem areas, and should be one tint lighter than your skin. Pressed or loose powder that matches your skin can be put over top

A chapstick such as burts bees or softlips is much better than all that glossy stuff- a bit of gloss is nice and glam, but during the day, not really necessary, and subtle lips look much more appealing

I use vaseline on my lips when I go to bed and also a little bit on my eyelids before I apply a loose eye shadow, makes it sparkle more and stay on. I think it's always good to have smooth lips, so even though it's not a beauty trick as such, you will always look good with smooth lips. Before applying lip gloss, but a little bit of foundation on your lips it looks really good because your lips don't get too red or anything. As far as the eyes go, I wear eye liner and mascara but I don't really have any tricks with those. Hope that helps :)
This is probably age old, but I just recently discovered it so here goes.

Darker colors in the crease and lighter colors on the inside of you eyelids make your eyes look bigger.
