No. Unless the pageant is involved with the school, You don't represent your school. But getting good grades is always good.
I'm sure the creeps and pedophiles watching the pageant won't care if you have A's or B's

Well, if your in a beauty pageant and then you announce about your cosmetology continuing education school, it may turn out that you are either bragging about it or you are advertising the school. So, you are right. Make that night just about you.
