It's just their choice. But the staff likes to have a 2 day weekend the same as most other people do, and Saturday is a busy day for them but they're almost all closed on Sunday, so Monday gives them the 2-day weekend.Why do barber and beauty shops close on Mondays?
i've seen barber and beauty shop open on sundays...the most around my area opens on weekends. They close on monday because thats when there is one of the days with the least amount of people going to get a cut or get their nails done, as its the start of the week most people are busy with work.
Weekends are the busiest since its ppl's day off, so they don't close on those days.
It is just a coincidence in your area. Not all of them do.
