Can some one please explain to me why this is? Is it only and Australian thing? I have always used my own tools as a hairdresser eg: Scissors, combs, brushes, hairdryers, irons and tongs. But not with the beauty therapy girls, they don't have and tools of their own in my salon. I think that its strange, do they not have to provide their own tools at TAFE / college? Please let me know?As a hairdresser who has always taken her own tools to work i cant understand that beauty therapists don't why?
